observations, record review, and literature review to assess the
health of a community.

The OMAHA system
is a system for formulating nursing, developed by the Visiting Nurses
Association of Omaha, Nebraska. The nursing diagnoses in this system
are stated as problems and are classified as environmental, psychosocial,
physiological, or health-related.
